Senior Sap Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Security & Authorizations to support and enhance enterprise SAP environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience in SAP S/4

HANA Security, authorization concepts, role design, and user access governance, with the ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

• Develop, configure, and maintain SAP roles, authorization objects, and profiles across SAP platforms including ECC, S/4
  
  HANA, BW, FIORI, and GRC.
• Manage end-to-end user access administration activities including provisioning, de-provisioning, role modifications, and troubleshooting authorization-related issues.
• Design and support SAP FIORI catalogs, groups, spaces, and role assignments to ensure secure and seamless user access.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into secure SAP authorization solutions.
• Resolve day-to-day operational support issues related to SAP security and authorizations within agreed service levels.
• Participate in testing activities including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing related to security changes.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to SAP security processes, governance, and role management practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for role design, authorization matrices, security procedures, and support activities.
• Support system upgrades, migrations, and SAP transformation initiatives from a security and controls perspective.

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Security & Authorization.
• Hands-on experience in SAP authorization concepts, role administration, profile generation, and access controls.
• Experience supporting SAP FIORI security concepts, catalogs, groups, and role administration.
• Good understanding of SAP ECC, BW, GRC, and integrated SAP environments.
• Exposure to SAP BRIM and Functional Test Planning will be advantageous.
• Proven experience supporting SAP Security & Authorization within enterprise SAP environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
