Candidates must have a minimum of 4-8 years of core banking implementation experience and deep functional knowledge across domains like deposits and lending.
The successful candidate will facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and manage stakeholder interactions effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies and relevant certifications are preferred.
