ICT Trainer & Multimedia

About the Role

The Talent People Pte. Ltd. is hiring an ICT Trainer cum Multimedia Support for deployment to a Primary School in Woodlands
.

The role supports the school’s ICT, multimedia, digital media, and AVA needs, including ICT lesson delivery, digital content creation, website maintenance, CCA support, and operational support for school programmes.

• Work with the ICT and Aesthetic departments to prepare teaching materials and project resources for skill-based lessons
• Support the delivery of ICT lessons, including touch typing, Microsoft applications, Canva, photo editing, and animation
• Conduct digital art lessons using iPad
• Support Infocomm Club CCA teachers in training students in areas such as digital gaming, basic coding, photography, and videography
• Maintain the school website on Isomer, intranet Google Sites, and create the e-Open House site
• Prepare digital artwork for school posters, signage, videos, and presentation slides
• Provide setup and operational support for ICT and AVA equipment during school programmes

• Minimum Diploma in Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related creative software
• Competency in web design, photography, video production, and video editing
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an ICT Trainer in digital media or a related role
• Must be registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as of the date of application
• Must possess valid work authorisation in Singapore at the point of application

• Experience supporting ICT or media-related programmes in a school environment
• Familiarity with Isomer, MOE’s website platform, or similar content management systems
• Ability to support co-curricular activity programmes for students
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students and teachers across departments
• Portfolio of digital media, video, photography, graphic design, or web-related works for evaluation

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break
Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
