Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
Location: Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan
Role: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
What you'll be doing:
Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other professional contacts.
Providing clear, practical advice and delivering an excellent client experience.
Playing a part in the development and success of a brand-new office.
Who are they looking for?
A qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
Someone confident managing their own caseload and progressing transactions independently.
A strong communicator who puts clients first.
A proactive individual who enjoys being part of a growing business and helping shape its future.
