Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee roster planning, including staff scheduling, ensuring optimal coverage for operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing the picking, packing, and dispatching processes.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
• Coordinate with other departments (logistics, procurement) to meet operational goals and timelines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Address and resolve any operational issues that arise on the floor promptly and effectively.

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• Strong background in roster planning and staff scheduling.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
