Senior Project Assistant Manager – Healthcare Infrastructure

What you'll be doing

• Support the facilities development through project planning, implementation, and system establishment
• Lead feasibility studies and guide design development for renovation and infrastructure projects
• Plan, manage, and coordinate procurement of consultancy and construction services, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and compliance
• Oversee project delivery end-to-end: budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, quality control, and risk mitigation
• Develop and enforce project governance policies, frameworks, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Execute strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned, providing recommendations for process improvements
• Mentor or guide junior project staff and liaise across departments to ensure smooth project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Healthcare or related studies
• 2 – 5 years of project management working experience in construction/ healthcare/ commercial/ technology facilities
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development
• Ability to administer PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts
• Healthcare or clinical operations experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven professional
