Responsibilities
- Supervise general operations and ensure daily smooth operations.
- Supervise general maintenance and housekeeping in the working area.
- Liaise with supporting personnel on maintenance and repair works.
- Handle and oversee arrangements and setups for facility bookings and events.
- Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced and maintain proper compliance at all times.
- Perform all supervisory responsibilities as directed by a superior.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including ad hoc duties by a superior.
