Panoramic Associates is seeking an experienced Fire Safety Team Leader in Newport to lead a specialist fire safety function and manage a team of four Fire Safety Technicians and four Fire Safety Electrical Engineers. You will ensure compliance, oversee a £600k budget, and deputise for the Fire Safety Manager.
You will drive fire safety programmes across the portfolio, review Fire Risk Assessments, and coordinate with Fire Engineers and property teams to deliver timely improvements.
