Marketing Executive​/Manager

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Singapore, we operate in two industries with two brands:

• Victus Catering
  :
  High-quality catering/food service solutions for the education industry (e.g. canteen services, bento meals, school events)
• The Masons Table
  :
  Memorable events in the historic Masonic Hall (weddings, corporate, parties), with premium food and drinks.

Our tight-knit but growing team is uniquely diverse, bringing together decades of combined international hospitality and culinary experience.

We are looking for an all-round Marketing Executive or Manager (depending on your experience) to help us spread the word about our products and services.

In this role, you will assist with (or be accountable for) the following key responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Brand Communications

• Content Creation
• Strategy and Planning
• Public Relations
• Partnerships
• Sales Support

You will work across both our events and school catering businesses throughout the year, with time spent on projects in each unit varying month-to-month. You will be required to work on-site at our locations across the island on a regular basis.

Your specific responsibilities will vary depending on business need, and there will be opportunities to tailor the role to your key strengths over time.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years for Executive, 5+ years for Manager) in a marketing role, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other spoken or written language is a plus.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced and highly international environment.
• At a minimum, you are tech-savvy, and are able to use Google Workspace, the Mac, and basic tools like Canva. Experience in graphic design or familiarity with advanced software (e.g. Adobe) is a plus. You must be willing and able to learn new tools, including some of the industry-specific software we use.
• Needless to say - an interest and passion for food and our industries!
