Position: Marketing & Communications Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Marketing professional who embodies our brand of refined hospitality, with experience in Social Media, Public Relations and has an eye for aesthetic design.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing activities for rooms, F&B, meetings, weddings, and catering.
  • Manage social media channels, from content calendar planning, content curation to post publishing.
  • Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Tik Tok, etc.).
  • Manage partnerships, media relations, influencer relations, barter deals, and sponsor ships.
  • Draft press releases, handle media inquiries, manage media tastings and reviews.
  • Assist with paid media campaigns when required.
  • Liaise and guide agencies on shoots, collaterals, advertising and online materials.
  • Work closely with influencers and media on hosted stays and tastings to deliver brand-aligned content.
  • Support F&B and Culinary Team with advertising, promotions and sales.
  • Work with Marketing Manager on annual marketing communication plan.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and continuously refine content for stronger engagement and performance.
  • Maintain accuracy and update information on the hotel's website and other third-party sites.
  • Prepare monthly performance meeting slides for management’s review.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality, tourism, lifestyle or F&B industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong design eye and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Canva to design brand aligned marketing collateral and content.
  • Experience creating short-form video content is a bonus.
  • Paid Media experience is a bonus but not necessary.
