About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Communications Manager to support strategic communications, content development, and audience engagement initiatives on a 6-month contract
.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality communications and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse audience insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Develop and refine user guides, manuals, and knowledge content, including materials for AI-enabled query systems.

  • Coordinate content production projects, working closely with agencies to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

  • Apply brand persona, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines consistently across digital platforms and customer touchpoints.

  • Develop, review, edit, and proofread communication materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support marketing and communications initiatives.

  • Manage multiple work streams while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in marketing, digital communications, corporate communications, or content management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise audience insights into meaningful recommendations.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Familiarity with brand management and applying messaging frameworks across multiple communication channels.

  • Experience working with agencies and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
