Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded and execution-focused Growth Marketing & Enablement Lead to support ecosystem adoption, campaign execution, partner engagement, and market activation initiatives across Singapore.

This role is responsible for translating regional and ecosystem growth priorities into effective local market campaigns, merchant visibility initiatives, and partner enablement activities that support payment usage, ecosystem participation, and transaction growth across Liquid’s payment network.

The role works closely with issuer partners, acquirers, merchants, ecosystem stakeholders, and internal growth teams to coordinate measurable adoption and engagement initiatives aligned with commercial and market objectives.

Key Responsibilities 1. Ecosystem Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Coordinate and execute local ecosystem campaigns, usage initiatives, and partner marketing activities across Singapore.
  • Support campaign localization based on:
    • consumer behavior
    • merchant segments
    • travel patterns
    • payment usage trends
    • market opportunities
  • Coordinate merchant visibility initiatives including:
    • POSM deployment
    • merchant decals
    • campaign creatives
    • website updates
    • social media coordination
    • ecosystem branding support
  • Work with external marketing agencies and partners to support campaign execution and asset delivery.
2 Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Support ecosystem activation and partner engagement initiatives across issuers, acquirers, merchants, and payment partners.
  • Coordinate partner communications, campaign participation, onboarding support, and ecosystem engagement activities.
  • Support merchant education and partner enablement initiatives to improve ecosystem readiness and adoption.
  • Assist in coordinating ecosystem launch activities and participation programmes.
3 Campaign Execution & Usage Growth Support
  • Coordinate and execute:
    • Discounts/cashback campaigns
    • usage promotions
    • travel-linked initiatives
    • merchant marketing programmes
    • ecosystem activation activities
  • Support transaction adoption and usage growth initiatives through targeted market engagement programmes.
  • Work closely with Network Growth & Activation and Merchant Acquiring teams to support ecosystem adoption priorities and campaign alignment.
4 Campaign Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyse:
    • campaign performance
    • ecosystem engagement
    • transaction uplift
    • user participation
    • activation outcomes
  • Prepare campaign reports, post-campaign reviews, and ecosystem performance summaries.
  • Provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, partner participation, and market engagement outcomes.
5 Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with:
    • Network Growth & Activation
    • Merchant Acquiring
    • Product teams
    • Ecosystem Enablement
    • Operation teams
    • external marketing agencies
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, launch readiness, communications, and execution activities across stakeholders.
  • Ensure initiatives are operationally aligned, commercially relevant, and executable across participating partners and merchants.
What We’re Looking for
  • 6–10+ years of experience in:
    • growth marketing
    • fintech
    • digital payments
    • campaign management
    • ecosystem marketing
    • or partner enablement
  • Strong experience in designing and executing measurable growth campaigns.
  • Understanding of:
    • digital wallets
    • QR payments
    • merchant acquiring
    • consumer adoption mechanics
    • incentive mechanics
  • Commercially minded with strong focus on transaction growth and campaign ROI.
  • Experience with in regional fintech or digital payment ecosystems.
