F&B Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow all company social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and others as relevant) from content planning through to publishing and community engagement.
• Develop content calendars and campaigns that build brand awareness and drive high-quality engagement.
• Track platform performance (views, reach, engagement, follower growth) and translate insights into content and campaign improvements that support revenue goals, such as footfall, reservations, or online orders.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and effective.

Revenue-Focused Content & Campaigns

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns (in-house and paid) designed to convert online views and engagement into measurable business outcomes.
• Work with the operations/sales team to align marketing pushes with promotions, new menu launches, seasonal campaigns, and events.
• Monitor and report on key metrics (views, engagement rate, conversion, cost-per-result) and recommend budget allocation across platforms.

Vendor & Vendor Liaison

• Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors for the printing of menus, collaterals, signage, and other promotional/advertising materials.
• Source quotes, coordinate timelines, proofread artwork, and ensure print and production quality meets brand standards.
• Liaise with vendors across all marketing, advertising, and promotional matters, including photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and media partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate rates to ensure cost-effective, timely delivery.

  Website & Digital Presence

  • Provide input on website design, content, and user experience updates, working with web developers/designers where needed.
  • Ensure website content (menus, promotions, contact details, imagery) of accurate and kept up to date.
  • Support SEO, listings (e.g. Google Business Profile), and other digital visibility efforts as needed.

  General Marketing Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing budgets, timelines, and campaign reporting.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for menu items, promotions, and brand content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Perform other related marketing duties as assigned.
  What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is required; candidates with experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry are welcome to apply, though this is not a requirement.
  • Practical, hands-on experience running brand social media accounts (personal projects, internships, freelance, or prior roles all count).
  • Working knowledge of design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and how content performance connects to business outcomes.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines at once.
  • A proactive, resourceful team player who is comfortable both creating content and handling day-to-day coordination work.
