JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take pride in delivering quality and exceptional work, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Deploy incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection plans and SOP
  • Conduct First Article inspections and prepare FAIR documentations for submission
  • Able to perform root cause analysis and prepare the relevant documentations for non-conformance products
  • Document inspection results, nonconformities and customer complaints
  • Able to conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Preparation and support external audits
  • Analyzing data and generating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
  • Providing training and guidance to Production team to uphold quality standards
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  • Continually seeking ways to optimize quality control measures and drive operational excellence
Requirements
  • Diploma and above in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to interpret customer drawings thoroughly including GD&T
  • Able to interpret CMM inspection results after inspection
  • Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Committed individual to delivering high-quality work
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
