Job Description
- * Experience in managing Resturants and bar. Prefer Western Outlets.
- * Responsible for day to day operations.
- * Set and follow service standards, able to do training for new colleagues.
- * Leading role in setting and improving customer dining experience.
- * Bar and beverage experience is an asset.
- * Hands on manager and able to work in a fast pace enviroment
- * Control and maange operations revenue and budget
- * Hygiene and safety managemnet control.
- * Interacts well with kitchen team , suppliers and vendors.
