Customer Service Manager
Location: Le Bistrot Du Sommelier – Singapore

We are passionate about creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional food, wine, and service. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our front-of-house team and uphold the high standards our guests have come to expect.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional fine dining service.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the dining room, bar, and kitchen.
- Manage reservation systems, seating arrangements, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and enhance the guest experience.
- Build strong relationships with guests by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
- Train, coach, and mentor service staff on hospitality standards, product knowledge, and fine dining etiquette.
- Promote wine appreciation by working closely with the sommelier team and assisting guests with wine recommendations when appropriate.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and presentation consistently reflect the restaurant's premium brand.
- Prepare staff schedules, monitor performance, and maintain adequate manpower for daily operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop service improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and company policies.
- Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation management systems.
- Passion for hospitality with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance with exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of French cuisine and wines is an advantage.
- Experience working with reservation platforms such as Seven Rooms, Chope, or similar systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
