Food & Beverage Service Executive

Job Summary

The F&B Service Executive supervises the service team and assists management in overseeing the restaurant's daily operations and service standards. The role ensures every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while contributing to the outlet's financial and service targets.

• Oversee the set-up and smooth running of assigned stations/sections in the restaurant.
• Supervise and support team members to consistently deliver high service and product standards.
• Provide attentive, personalised service — take orders accurately, promote menu offerings, and anticipate guest needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the food, beverage, sake and wine menus, and upsell where appropriate.
• Record and update guest preferences in Sevenrooms to deliver personalised service.
• Ensure accurate order entry in the POS system, including seat positions and allergens.
• Handle guest feedback and minor complaints professionally, escalating to managers when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and proper stocking of all stations and service areas.
• Conduct on-the-job training for colleagues and support new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with hotel rules, food safety, hygiene and NEA regulations.
• Carry out opening, closing and side duties per established checklists.

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant F&B service experience (an advantage).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Well-presented, energetic, reliable and guest-oriented.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine an advantage.
