Key Responsibilities- Support the day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Lead, motivate, and guide the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets

- Handle customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary

- Follow operational procedures in both the sales floor and stockroom to maintain efficiency and organisation
- Experience in a Retail Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager role within fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail
- Passion for customer service, fashion, and sneakers
- Positive, hands‑on, and energetic personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Comfortable working retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong team player with a proactive and customer‑focused mindset
