PDSA Penarth is looking for an Assistant Charity Shop Manager to lead a friendly team of volunteers in a busy retail environment. You’ll help drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and present a welcoming, well-organised shop that reflects the charity’s values.
With retail experience and a passion for pets, you’ll coach volunteers, optimise stock rotation, manage day-to-day shop operations, and contribute ideas to raise awareness and donations in the local community.
