Sale and Marketing Executive

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Manage daily sale operation & prepare documentations. Responsible to prepare delivery order.
• Issue invoices and helping customers with enquires.
• Ensuring compliance on export matters (trucking arrangement etc.)
• Updating of sales order control record.
• Monitor and follow up on order and payment.
• Carry out and manage sales and marketing activities to new or existing customers.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Constantly ensure the sales and marketing information available at customer's premises and office are up-to-date.
• Coordinate with Sales & Operations Support on a daily basis to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted services rendered to all customers.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by management.

• Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
• High-level communication and networking skills.
• Good and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• At least requirement of Bachelor Degree Holder (Degree plus Diploma for Myanmar Nationality).
• Welcome Myanmar, Philippine, Malaysia, Bangladesh.
• Can Drive and have Class 3 Driving License (Must).
• Well communicate with English.
• Excellent office skills.
