Job Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking matchmaking services. Your key mission is to build and nurture client relationships, strategically manage the sales process, consistently hit sales quotas, and maintain a resilient mindset in a dynamic environment. You should be someone who enjoys connecting with new people, and has a strong sense of motivation and passion for sales.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead Qualification and Sales Strategy
- Proactively qualify new clients via referrals and database leads
- Develop a strategic sales plan to grow your client base and maximise conversion rates
Consultative Sales and Client Profiling
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients to understand relationship goals and preferences
- Present tailored matchmaking packages and consultancy services to clients
Client Relationship Management and After-Sales Service
- Nurture ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with Offline Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and follow-up support
Sales Quota and Performance Tracking
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, and regular reports on performance metrics
- 1-3 years in Business to Client (B2C) sales experience, preferably in consultative or service-based industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing abilities
- Result-oriented, resourceful and with keen business acumen in identifying business opportunities
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan sales processes, segment leads, and close high-value clients
- Ability to thrive under pressure, maintain motivation and confidence in the face of objection/rejection
- Strong team player with ability to foster trust and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders
- Competitive base salary, with attractive commission or bonus structure tied to individual performance - designed to reward consistent high performers
