General Manager; Business Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company'swholesale trade business.
• Identify new business opportunities and establishlong-term relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Manage and strengthenbusinessoperations with client sand partners in Myanmar.
• Liaise with Myanmarcustomers, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders toensuresmooth business operations and effective communication.
• Conduct regular business trips to Myanmarfor customer visits, market development, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Negotiate commercial terms,contracts, and pricingwith customers and suppliers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities,and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments toensure timely delivery of products andhigh customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and strategic development plansformanagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant trade regulations.
• Must able to work on Sunday and Public Holiday

• Bachelor's degree
• Atleast 10 yearsof experience in business development, sales, or wholesale trade.
• Experience handling the Myanmar market isan advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willing and ableto travel frequentlyto Myanmar for business purposes.
• Able to speak Myanmar language isan advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ableto work independently.
