Business Development Manager - Projects

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager - Projects to drive business growth and develop strategic customer accounts within the freight forwarding, logistics and project cargo sectors.

The successful candidate will work closely with FLS USA and other international FLS offices to support US-based customers and develop business opportunities across Southeast Asia.

• Drive new business development and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify, develop and manage strategic customer accounts and new business opportunities.
• Work closely with FLS USA to support international customers and cross-border business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with US-based companies and key stakeholders, particularly those with investments and projects in Southeast Asia.
• Support the development and growth of key accounts, including Caterpillar.
• Develop new markets, trade lanes and project logistics opportunities.
• Manage assigned customer portfolios, including costs, revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, agents, vendors and business partners.
• Provide market intelligence on customer needs, industry trends and business opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and other FLS offices to deliver effective customer solutions.
