Sales&International Expansion Manager

We have ten years of hands-on experience in new media commercialisation and luxury goods distribution. We have built a mature 100-person operation team in China. Amid China’s highly competitive livestream e-commerce landscape, we have established proven business models with annual revenue of RMB 2 billion.

We collaborate with well-known celebrities including Xiang Tai and Hu Bing as core partners for livestream commerce, with fully validated content monetisation capabilities.

Singapore is our core strategic hub for global expansion. We have completed the 0-to-1 validation of our local social media business here, and the project is already profitable.

This is not a ground-up startup. Join us to lead scaling from 1 to 10, and eventually 10 to 100. You will work closely with senior leadership to expand our business into global markets.

This managerial role focuses on business scaling, market replication and international expansion. Leveraging our proven expertise in new media operations and our profitable 0-to-1 business blueprint validated in Singapore, your core task will be to replicate 2–3 business models locally, build standard operating procedures (SOPs), and subsequently roll out this framework to global markets.

• City Sales Team Building:
  Source and recruit high-potential talents aligned with our new media & self-media channel network business. Maintain sharp market sensing and rapid learning capability to capture industry trends, and build local sales teams tailored to our unique business model.
• Team Enablement & Business Transformation:
  Build on conventional sales management strengths. Introduce new-media business logic and methodologies to experienced sales professionals, coach and transform them into high-performers fitting our business system.

  Work within a global environment, appreciate cultural differences across regions, collaborate with multi-cultural stakeholders to support cross-border market expansion.
• Business Replication & SOP Development:
  Execute business replication, review operational workflows, document reusable standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable stable scaling.
• Set business targets, track performance, continuously improve team productivity, output and overall performance to hit scalable revenue goals.

Once replication and SOPs are validated in Singapore, top performers will lead business expansion across global markets, gain greater ownership of business and teams, join the core leadership team and participate in our global strategy.

• Proven hands-on experience building sales teams and driving revenue growth, with quantifiable and verifiable track records. Strong curiosity, learning agility and trend awareness for self-media / new media channels.
• Excellent coaching & enablement skills. Able to guide sales professionals with traditional backgrounds to adopt new business frameworks, transform them into a team fit for our new-media channel business.
• Global mindset and cross-cultural working experience. Comfortable working within multicultural, multilingual environments to support cross-border expansion; open to short overseas travel.
• Preferred:
  Experience in luxury goods, livestream e-commerce, content commercialisation or cross-border new media industries.
