Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the Fire Command Centre (FCC) to ensure timely response to emergencies
- Operate and maintain the Vehicle Management System to track and control hotel vehicles
- Conduct regular patrols and escort duties to maintain safety and security within hotel premises
- Prepare detailed incident reports and manage follow-up actions to resolve security issues
- Respond promptly to fire alarms, hotel safe box incidents, door security concerns, and lost and found cases
- Hold a valid Private Licensed Security Agency (PLRD) license
- Possess First Aid certification
Ability to work shifts and weekends as required - Relevant experience in hotel security operations
