SSRS Engineer

About the Role

Join a high-impact data engineering team to deliver scalable, high-performance reporting solutions that drive business decisions. As a SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Engineer, you’ll design and optimize reporting frameworks while growing your expertise in data platforms and analytics.

• Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Optimize SQL queries and reports for performance and scalability
• Translate business requirements into efficient reporting solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting systems for accuracy and reliability
• Implement data validation and governance controls
• Monitor report performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience in SSRS development and advanced SQL
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
• Familiarity with ETL and data integration concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure
