PEGA Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to design and deliver scalable business applications that drive digital transformation. In this role, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement Pega‑based solutions that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support business innovation.

• Develop and implement applications using Pega PRPC
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Configure workflows, case management, and UI components
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Support integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews

• Minimum 3 years of Pega development experience
• Hands‑on experience with Pega PRPC and case management
• Strong understanding of application design and data modeling
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and databases
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Pega CSA or CSSA certification
• Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub or Robotics
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or Dev Ops practices
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script
