SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions across SAP and non‑SAP applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite, with hands‑on experience building secure, scalable, and high‑performing integrations across SAP landscapes such as SAP S/4

HANA and SAP Success Factors.

• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Build and maintain iFlows, APIs, adapters, message mappings, and reusable integration content.
• Develop integrations between SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and third‑party applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and secure integration designs.
• Recommend appropriate integration patterns, APIs, middleware capabilities, and best practices.
• Ensure integrations comply with SAP architecture standards, security policies, and governance guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while optimizing performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment artefacts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience developing integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration architecture and enterprise application integration.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Success Factors, and other SAP cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
