Job Description
Looking for a Senior/Lead GenAI Engineer to build and operate production-grade GenAI and agentic AI applications. The role requires strong software engineering skills combined with hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, APIs, cloud, Kubernetes, security, and AI evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:- Build production-ready GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent applications.
- Develop APIs and microservices using Python/Type Script/Go/Java.
- Work with Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Llama Index, or Semantic Kernel.
- Implement LLM integrations, tool calling, structured outputs, guardrails, and policy controls.
- Build knowledge/retrieval pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search.
- Develop AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, and regression frameworks.
- Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and Azure/AWS/GCP.
- Implement security, PII protection, observability, and cost/performance optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions with SAP, CRM, ITSM, Kafka, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with Product/Data/Platform teams and mentor engineers.
Skills:
- 6+ years software engineering experience.
- Strong Python/Type Script/Go/Java.
- Hands-on LLM, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI experience.
- Lang Graph/Lang Chain/Semantic Kernel/Llama Index.
- REST APIs / microservices.
- Docker + Kubernetes + CI/CD + Terraform.
- Azure/AWS/GCP.
- SQL + vector database/search experience.
- Experience with testing, security, guardrails, and production deployment.
- Multi-agent systems and Ray.
- Open Telemetry, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Kafka/Debezium.
- SAP/CRM/ITSM integrations.
- Telco Order-to-Cash (O2C) experience.
