Overview
The School:
Revised Recruitment Group are working with a Bridgend based Secondary school. The school aims to give every child the best possible start to their education through vibrant and engaging teaching, enabling the children to become active learners through a broad and balanced curriculum.
The role as a Teaching Assistant will be to work predominantly in KS3, however you will need to be flexible to cover across KS4. The main focus will be supporting pupils with lower ability.

Qualifications and Requirements- Have a passion for the education of children
- Have the ability to form effective working relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- You will act as a positive role model for pupils.
- The ability to assess and track progress of pupils
- Previous experience in schools is not essential as training will be provided. If you have had previous experience in pupils or have an interest in doing so- please get in touch
