Bridgend College is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to provide personalised learning support and, where needed, personal care to students with additional learning needs across campuses.
The role focuses on helping students develop skills, confidence and independence, with flexible delivery and accurate progress records. This fixed-term post runs term-time with 24 hours per week and a salary of £25,984 per annum pro rata.
