• Practice in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills.
• Advocate and deliver person‑centred care for residents and their families.
• Support and mentor colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication and role‑model professional behaviour.
• Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, attend required training, and raise escalation when needed.

• At least 12 months experience in health or social care.
• Valid NMC PIN number.
• Commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and professional behaviour.
