We are looking for Self-Employed Core Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You will provide reliable and committed service Monday to Saturday, with additional Sundays during peak. With plenty of parcels to keep you busy, there has never been a better time to join Yodel by InPost.

As a Self-Employed Core Delivery Driver you will enjoy freedom, flexibility and better financial rewards including competitive parcel rates, improved payment terms, and the support and benefits of being part of our wider team. You don’t need any experience, and the more you deliver, the more you earn.

Typically, our Delivery Drivers can earn up to £18 p/h (paid per parcel). All our rates are competitively enhanced, taking business mileage and operational costs into consideration.

Yodel by InPost offers flexible payment options to all Self-Employed delivery drivers. You can access earnings from the very next day via an app or join the weekly payment cycle that kicks in following 2 weeks of completed delivery services.

There are plenty of parcels to deliver, meaning the earning opportunity is in your hands. The majority of our parcels weigh up to a maximum of 15kg. You can realistically deliver and collect between 16-25 parcels an hour, depending on the area and your experience, for 6 days a week. The more you deliver, the more you earn, with the opportunity to take on more parcels to boost your revenue.

You can plan your own route or use our award-winning app with simple instructions and built-in optimisation, which will help you prepare and plan your routes more easily and liaise directly with customers.

We deliver parcels for some of the biggest retailers around. This means no shortage of parcels to deliver. Plus, you’ll be able to stay local and get to know the roads and customers.

You will have the independence of being self-employed, plus the backing of our expert team and access to a Yodel by InPost representative to answer your questions.

Each day is what you make it. You can plan your own route, which will keep things fresh and interesting. At each delivery, use your mobile to scan parcels and ensure they are safely received by the customer. We arrange a suitable time for you to collect your parcels daily, or for those in more rural areas, we can drop to you.

No experience, no problem! We provide full training and support to help you get on your way.

All you need to show us is the following to get started:

• Access to a large insured vehicle (preferably a van, up to 3.5 ton)
• A full UK or EC/EEA Driving Licence
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK
• iOS or Android smart phone
• Proof of own bank account
• And finally, have a great attitude
