Bowling Arcade Cashier Attendant (PART TIME)
Wildhorse Resort & Casino is looking for a Bowling Arcade Cashier Attendant to provide fast and friendly service while ensuring accuracy at the point of sale. The role requires multi‑tasking, maintaining a clean workstation, and providing guests with helpful information about products, promotions, or events.
Salary Range $15.00 per hour.
Open Until Filled – Closing Date:
January 8 2026.
- Provide bowling guests with efficient, courteous customer service.
- Handle all requests for redemption of merchandise.
- Assist with any out‑of‑order machines and correct them when possible.
- Report any down machines on a daily log.
- Provide briefings and knowledge to new players.
- Ensure the area is safe and free of hazards.
- Work in conjunction with other departments on promotions, property needs, and any food and beverage accommodations requested.
- Assist the Banquet team with events held in the adjoining event space when needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of guest areas as needed.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the counter area.
- Follow safety procedures, related equipment operational procedures, and use of chemicals.
- Inspect the Bowling facility, arcade, and public areas for cleanliness and appearance daily.
- Follow and ensure that the Policies and Procedures of Wildhorse Resort & Casino are followed.
- Ensure compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal regulations.
- Ensure control/protection of company assets.
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Other related duties as operational needs require or as directed.
- Six (6) months experience in a customer service/cash handling position.
- Strong computer aptitude and skills: to operate independently in POS software programs.
- High School Diploma/GED or 10 years experience or current student 16‑18 years of age.
- Effective communication skills, ability to express oneself verbally and in writing, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Perform routine maintenance work: sitting at a workstation, performing repetitive motions of arms, wrists, hands, and fingers; maneuvering throughout the facility monitoring operations, including walking up/down stairs, using a ladder up to 10 feet, and demonstrating proper safety practices with bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment and materials.
- Requires a criminal history background check.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
