Certified Nurse Midwife​/WHNP Locum Hr Shift | Pendleton

A rewarding Women’s Health locums opportunity is available in Pendleton, Oregon for experienced NP/PA Midwives with hospital-based experience
. This role blends clinic-based care with backup call coverage
, offering a well-balanced schedule, strong physician collaboration, and excellent compensation.

You’ll support rotating OB/GYNs by seeing patients in clinic and providing call coverage, including participation in natural and emergency deliveries
. This is an ideal assignment for confident, hospital-experienced midwives who enjoy full-scope women’s health without endoscopic procedures.

• $2,300 per 24-hour shift (includes 4 hours gratis)

• Call: Weeknight call + 24-hour weekend call

• Call frequency: 1 week per month

• Support Staff:
  Medical Assistants and RNs in both clinic and hospital settings

• IUD & Nexplanon insertion/removal

• Prenatal care and routine OB management

• Natural and emergency deliveries (with on-call physician)

• Postpartum care and patient education

• Pelvic exams, Pap tests, and reproductive health services

• Birth control counseling and contraceptive management

• Assist with C-sections alongside OB/GYN

• Board-Certified WHNP or Certified Nurse Midwife

• Active Oregon license

• BLS, ACLS, DEA, NRP

• Hospital-based midwifery experience required
