Alacrity Solutions provides contract estimate services for auto claims. An estimator verifies and provides electronically accurate estimates of repair costs so that clients can determine a fair settlement amount. The role involves communicating with claim owners or representatives, researching records, and inspecting involved property to the satisfaction of the client or claimant.

• 1+ years of field claims experience including auto claims.
• Experience with electronic estimating platforms:
  Mitchell, CCC, Audatex.
• 1+ year of strong customer service and conflict resolution competency.
• 1+ year of independent, self‑motivated work execution.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability.
• Contacting clients to complete inspections/appraisals within required time frames.
• Smartphone or device capable of quality photo capture and transmission.

• Promptly and effectively handle assignments to conclusion, making decisions within delegated authority as outlined in client policies.
• Maintain current knowledge of local industry repair procedures and market pricing.
• Understand Department of Insurance and State Regulations.
• Submit detailed auto inspections and reports summarizing damages and potential open items.
• Identify questionable damages, communicate findings with clients.
• Plan and navigate daily routes efficiently using the Optimizer Automation tool.
• Inspect all angles of vehicles, both interior and exterior, visually and manually.
• Establish repair requirements and cost estimates, negotiate operations and repair costs.
• Deliver a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective clients.
• Meet cycle‑time and quality KPIs in a fast‑paced performance‑driven environment.
• Articulate decisions and technical knowledge verbally and in writing.
• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid state driver’s license, and a safe driving record.
• Dress in professional business attire and appearance during public service.

• State licensing required (if applicable).
• Appraiser’s license – if applicable to location.
• Adjuster’s license – if applicable to location.
• I‑CAR certification preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous auto estimating experience required.
• Experience with Mitchell, CCC, Audatex a plus.

• Self‑determined scheduling with the ability to manage your day.

100% travel is required within designated working territory. Normal office or field claims environment. Ability to operate a motor vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, repeatedly entering/exiting the vehicle. Must be able to make physical inspections outdoors in all weather, work irregular hours, and potentially travel with overnight requirements.
