The Warehouse Operator for each shift keeps the warehouse and block cooler areas safe, sanitary, and efficient. As the last set of eyes before product leaves for the customer, you will inspect all pallets and trailers before loading, maintain accurate inventory data in D365, verify pallets, and properly stage and ship the load.
Here’s a Day in the Life- Warehouse product
- Stage loads in the staging area of the warehouse.
- Hand‑scan the staged loads in the D365 system.
- Complete the staging portion of the shipping checklist.
- Inspect the trailer for general cleanliness prior to loading.
- Load trucks.
- Ship products in D365 system.
- Complete the shipping portion of the shipping checklist.
- Inspect and unload arriving loads of supplies.
- Receive products into D365 system.
- Other duties as shift supervisor may assign.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Experience in food production or manufacturing environment is desired.
