Nurse Practitioner (Pendleton) – Azza Health Care Agency
Full‑time Nurse Practitioner position offers an annual salary of $113,539 (0.8 FTE) and is based in the Public Health department, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2025.
Responsibilities- Provides assessment, evaluation, and treatment for students at school‑based health centers, collaborating with behavioral health professionals, families, and community resources.
- Requires current Oregon NP and RN licenses, a Master’s in Nursing, board certification in family or pediatric health, and at least 2 years of healthcare experience.
- Preferred candidates hold a Family Nurse Practitioner certification and have pediatric/adolescent experience.
