Licensure Requirement

• Oregon RN License required
• Oregon 90-Day Emergency License eligible

Unit Overview

• Unit: L&D / Postpartum / Mother-Baby
• L&D Beds: 5
• OR Suites: 1 (within unit; staffed by main OR – RNs do not scrub/circulate)
• Triage Beds: 1
• Postpartum Beds: 3 (in addition to 5 LDRP rooms)
• Delivery Volume: ~340 annual deliveries (30–35/month)
• Risk Level: Low-risk obstetrics
• Ratios: Follow AWHONN guidelines

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Scheduling: Block scheduling available; trades allowed
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: 1 major and 1 minor holiday (if applicable)
• Floating: Expected to float as “helping hands” to other units as needed
