Job Details – ER RN | Trauma Level IV Start: ASAP (eligible for 90-Day Oregon Emergency License)

Beds/Trauma Bays: 11 Average Patients/Day: 37 Trauma Level: IV Triage:
Direct bed until full, then quick triage (no fast track) ER Holds:
Managed within ER by ER RNs Psych/Seclusion Rooms: Yes – Room 3 In-House Security: Yes RT Coverage:handles ABGs, breathing treatments, EGSs) Imaging: X-Ray/CT located next to ER Phlebotomy: ER nurses draw labs Tele/Monitors: ER RNs read their own strips Staffing & Ratios:
Ratios: 1:3–4 Providers: 1 ED physician (12-hour shifts) Charge/Triage RN:
Acts as charge RN; also takes patients half the shift Support Staff:
Occasional nurse aides, paramedics, or patient sitters

07–19, 10–22, 13–01, 19–07 Weekends:
