Property Size: 205 units
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Saturday – Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 60‑minute unpaid lunch break
Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE (Eligible for monthly bonuses through Stratum’s Stabilized Incentive Bonus Plan, based on leasing performance, renewals, and resident engagement)
Classification: Non‑exempt, eligible for overtime pay
Housing Opportunity: Includes the option to live onsite with a 25% rental discount. Water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and internet included.

Leasing AgentKey Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents by learning their needs and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Showcase the property by conducting tours and highlighting community amenities.
- Process applications and prepare move‑in and renewal documentation.
- Maintain marketing efforts by updating listings, tracking leads, and creating activity reports.
- Address resident concerns by investigating issues and providing resolutions.
- Ensure property presentation by inspecting common areas, tour paths, and model units.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including community surveys and outreach.
- Support general property operations by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Experience: Previous property management or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Tech: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, email, and digital platforms.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build positive relationships with prospective and current residents.
- Physical Requirements: This position requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, twisting, and talking. Employees must regularly use repetitive motions of the hands, wrists, and fingers to handle documents and operate office equipment. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs or stepstools, and pushing or pulling may be required. The role may involve working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, inspecting property grounds, and operating a golf cart.
