Job Description

** Merchandiser:
** Displays beverage products on shelves, displays, and other areas of store to attract customers. Provide exceptional customer service.
* Arrange products
* Ensure inventory levels are accurate, and products are stocked according to planograms.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our brand.
* Rotate products to maintain freshness and ensure proper product placement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any display or product issues that arise.
* Ensure compliance with all brand standards and company policies.
* Report any merchandising issues, out-of-stock items, or potential growth opportunities.
* Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and team-oriented environment.
* Keep a Productivity and Safety mindset.
* Ability to organize competing priorities, resolve customer issues, and communicate additional needs to management.
* Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
* Effectively communicate and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
* Perform basic math functions: interpret rates, ratios, and percentages.
