Swackhammer Masonry & Concrete Site Superintendent/Crew Leader
Location: Pendleton, IN
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time

Swackhamer Masonry & Concrete is hiring a Site Superintendent / Crew Leader to manage high-end residential concrete projects. If you're an experienced leader who thrives in hands-on roles and takes pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crews on residential concrete job sites
- Oversee the preparation, installation, and finishing of concrete
- Manage project schedules, workflow, and site coordination
- Maintain safe, clean, and compliant job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and the office
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Track project progress and address any issues or delays
- Train and mentor crew members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of concrete/masonry experience
- Skilled in concrete finishing, decorative work, and stamping
- Proven leadership in managing construction crews
- Ability to read plans and troubleshoot on the fly
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Valid driver's license (clean record preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- Project management experience is helpful but not required
