Waypoint Centre is looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for its Beausoleil A program. In this position, you will assess patient needs, develop therapeutic care plans, and ensure safety in a high-secure environment. A strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities is essential to deliver effective care to complex patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans

• Coordinate patient services from admission to discharge

• Observe and report on patient progress and risks

• Contribute to a safe therapeutic environment

• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Current Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario

• Certification in Basic Life Support and Airway Management

• Experience with high-risk mental health patients

• Knowledge of medication practices and mental health treatments

• Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
