The Clinical Manager of Beckwith A is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a temporary full-time position. You will provide expert leadership within nursing teams, along with comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic relationship development. This role requires skills in medication administration and monitoring, making a tangible impact in patient reintegration and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing services in complex patient situations

• Assess patient needs through direct observation and interaction

• Build therapeutic nurse-patient relationships effectively

• Monitor and report on patient conditions and progress

• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current Ontario certification

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS), Oxygen Therapy, and Airway Management certifications

• Forensic Mental Health experience preferred

• Leadership experience as Charge Nurse is an asset

• Familiarity with medication practices and recovery philosophy
