Position: Compassionate Registered Practical Nurse Role

This opportunity includes both full-time and casual/irregular call hours, presenting Registered Practical Nurses with a chance to deliver care within their scope defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and administer medications to patients

• Monitor and report patient health status and medication effects

• Respond to emergencies and urgent care situations

• Maintain accurate records and a safe environment

• Collaborate with other clinical professionals in patient care

Requirements:

• Registered in good standing as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Experience in evaluating health information and patient responses

• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

• Knowledge of patient advocacy and care plans

• Problem-solving skills for managing complex patient needs
