Salary: £26,806 - £27,032

Hours:

36 per week, 52 weeks

Responsibilities
  • Work in a busy office environment and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Manage databases, spreadsheets and word documents and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Enter timetable information into SEEMIS and carry out SQA exam rooming.
  • Provide general office and administrative support, meeting tight deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a busy office environment.
  • Competent ICT skills, including databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous SEEMIS experience is desirable.
Interview and Hiring Process

Pre‑Employment Checks
