We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Area Based Regeneration and Shared Repairs Service in the Low-Rise Area-Based Investment team (Edinburgh Shared Repairs).
The successful applicant will join a friendly team of professional officers who provide a 24/7 service responding to emergency repairs where there is a risk to public safety or public health.
A customer-focused role providing front line services to the public and internal/external stakeholders while supporting the Team Leader – Income and Cost Recovery in administering service-level finance activities, including liability and ownership verification and the re-charging of costs incurred by the Council to owners during service delivery.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
