Brightwork are delighted to be supporting a leading international consulting business in the appointment of an HR Business Partner to support their UK and Ireland operations.

Our client is a well-established, values-led consultancy with a strong international footprint. With continued growth across the UK and Europe, this role offers an exciting opportunity to operate as a true business partner within a dynamic, professional services environment.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the UK leadership team, providing strategic and operational HR support across a population of approximately 120 employees in the UK and Ireland. This is a broad, hands-on HR Business Partner role, combining day-to‑day people support with longer‑term organisational and transformation initiatives.

You will play a key role in supporting managers, developing capability, strengthening performance, and ensuring HR practices align with both local requirements and wider group policies.
