HR Strategic Partner: ER And Policy

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations specialist to lead complex ER activity within a large organisation, providing expert advice to managers and senior stakeholders.

• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and organisational change matters.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, risk management and ER best practice.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with Trade Unions and employee representatives.
• Support Employment Tribunal preparation and resolution of sensitive workplace issues.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Analyse ER trends and workforce data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

• Extensive Employee Relations experience in a complex environment.
• Managing high-risk and sensitive casework.
• Strong employment law knowledge.
• Trade Union engagement and partnership working.
• Employment Tribunal support and case management.
• Policy development and implementation.

• CIPD qualified.
